The Running Man, released by Grandslam in 1989.

I am playing the +3 disk release here and its another game I think I would been annoyed with having paid nearly 13 for to have yet another 48k release with no enhancements. The opening presentation is good and I cant instantly think of any other spectrum games that do it but once you get into the game, it is just run to the end of the level, defeat the boss and away you go. The game is quite easy with the hardest part being the platform jumping near the start of the first level. The final fight feels a little anti climactic but it least the game ends.

Between levels are bonus sections where you need to solve the encryption code. I suck badly at these and am not able to complete them in time. I don't expect that it effects the game in any way, I just lose out on some bonus points. -
