I've tried to make it easier for beginners as well as for students / bachelors. Try it and let me know how it is.

How to cook?
Mix all the ingredients with 1kg gorur mangsho which mentioned in the video and marinade for 30-1hour.
After marination, add sliced onions and tomatoes with it and turn the flame into medium to high. mix all together and cover for 5-10 minutes. then again mix and cook for 10 minutes. then add 3-4 medium size potatoes(optional) and add 2-3 cup of warm water and cover for 20-30 minutes. you can see the meat is now getting soft and tender. then add 1teaspoon of garam masala powder and cumin powder then again cook it for 10-15 min in medium to low flame without covering it.
