Split Green Moong - 1 cup soaked for 4-5 hours

Green Chilli-Ginger paste - 2 tbsp

Asafoetida (Hing) - 1/2 tsp

Mixed vegetables ( green peas , carrot and you can take whatever veggies available) - 1 cup

Garlic cloves - 6-7 big cloves

Chopped coriander leaves - 1 cup

Mint leaves - 1/2 cup

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste
