He has produced many executive reports from the past lessons learned from various projects across the globe. His work and research on various topics helped the management to set up a task force to establish the new policy and SOP.

In 2014, while pursuing his master's from NICMAR, he met one Monk, who changed his perspective on life. Later, he started reading & understanding ancient/Vedic knowledge. He spent his time with monks/spiritual practitioners & stayed with them in their monasteries.
