CHILAQUILES ROJOS RELLENOS INGREDIENTS:
For the red salsa:
► 8 guajillo peppers
► 2 chiles de arbol
► 2 tomatillos
► 2 garlic cloves
► Small piece of onion
► 1 1/2 cups of water from where we boiled the veggies
► 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
► 1/4 tsp salt
► 1/4 tsp oregano
► Pinch of cumin
For the chilaquiles:
► 2 cups of masa (I'm using maseca)
► 1 1/2 cups of water
► Monterrey Jack cheese
► 1/4 white onion
► Crema Mexicana
► Queso fresco
► Fried egg (optional)
