The Royal New Zealand Air Force displayed their A-4 Skyhawks at Warbirds Over Wanaka (New Zealand), every year, up until the time that the RNZAF strike wing was disbanded in 2001. Here's the display from 1998.

This short video clip is from a recently discovered archive of footage from a number of early Warbirds Over Wanaka airshows that the Historical Aviation Film Unit has recovered and is remastering and re-releasing. Much of this original raw camera footage has never been seen before.
