Animal Crossing: New Horizons has updated to version 3.0 and the update is included for free on any Nintendo Switch console. With it, comes the Slumber Islands! These are multiplayer sandboxes which allow you to decorate, terraform, and play with your friends online.

You can have up to three Slumber Islands at any time and your progress is saved in the cloud. To get to your friend's Slumber Island or to create your own, simply lay in your bed and select Slumber Time in the menu that pops up.

Note: Slumber Islands require an internet connection and active Nintendo online subscription.
