National Eye Health Week takes place from 21st - 27th September 2020.
There are a number of things you and your family can do to help prevent sight loss.
Each day of National Eye Health week #EyeWeek Open Sight Hampshire are posting tip of day.
It is recommended not to drink over 14 units of Alcohol per week.
The Anti oxidants within your eyes can be damaged by drinking too much #alcohol and in turn this could damage your vision.

Open Sight Hampshire (Hampshire Association for the Care of the Blind) are a registered charity that provides a lifetime of support and services for #VisuallyImpaired Children, young people, adults and their families across #Hampshire.
