This short film shows a fictional sepsis scenario in which a number of errors occur. It illustrates a range of Human Factors concepts and can be used as an aid for discussion in teaching on the following subjects: Non-technical skills, debriefing, workplace and procedure design, safety culture, error causation, incident investigation.
