INGREDIENTS
-2pcs chopped onions
-6cloves chopped garlic
-1Kilo Pork Liempo (pork belly)
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-2Tbsp soy sauce
-2Tbsp oyster sauce
-2cups sprite
-add water as needed to soften the meat
-2pcs dried bay leaves
-3Tbsp vinegar
-1/2tsp whole peppercorn
