E30 BMW CSF High Performance Radiator & M20 Oil Cooler Install

Enjoy as we upgrade Ryan's E30 320i with CSF's All-Aluminum High-Performance Water Radiator and Heavy-Duty M20 Race-Spec Oil Cooler.

You may already know Ryan's modified Frozen Black E92 M3 already. Whilst that is a great car in its own right Ryan also enjoys taking his classic E30 320i out for a B-Road blast.
The 320i is the smallest of the legendary M20 6 cylinders available in the E30, but Ryan has big plans for a hot M20 swap.

In preparation for the new engine and to deal with summer track days with the existing 2.0, Ryan wanted to address the cooling in his E30. Unlike the E30 325i the 320i doesn't come with an oil cooler from the factory and it also has a very small water radiator.

Luckily, our friends at CSF have a High-Performance, All-Aluminium Water Radiator which slots straight in with the factory 325i brackets. This, plus a High-Performance version of the 325i oil keeps temps at bay. What is cool is the M20 Race oil cooler also fits with the factory 325i oil lines. This means it is a drop in fit for any 325i, and fits the 320i with the addition of the 325i oil filter housing too.
