Kompakt Pres Besleme Sistemimiz, Rulo Açma, Doğrultma ve Sürücü’den oluşan 600mm Sac Genişliği, 3mm Sac kalınlığı,4000 kg-10.000kg ağırlık kapasitesi özelliklerini bir arada sunabilmektedir.
METAL KALAS ÜRETİMİ, EKSANTRİK PRES SİSTEMİ
Eksantrik presler, çelik konstrüksiyonlu, yekpare gövde yapısına sahip olup, kol bölgesinde bulunan özel pim sistemiyle, daha hassas ve güçlü basınç uygulanmasına olanak sağlar.
Metal kalas hatlarında kullandığımız eksantrik presler, 4 ana parçadan oluşan çelik konstrüksiyonlu ve güçlü gövde yapısına sahiptir.
METAL KALAS ÜRETİMİ, PROGRASİF KALIP
Firmamızın özel olarak tasarladığı meta kalas üretimi prograsif kalıbımızda boy sınırlamısı olamadan istenilen ölçülerde üretim yapıla bilmektedir.
METAL KALAS ÜRETİMİ, ROLL FORM
Metal kalas üretiminde en yüksek hızı, en düşük hata toleransı ile sağlayabilen Roll Form sistemleri kullanılmaktadır.
Roll Form sisteminde bulunan istasyon sayısı ve kullanılan topların çapları, talep edilen üretim ölçülerine göre değişkenlik göstermektedir.
İSKELE METAL KALAS PROFİL ÜRETİMİ
Çelik İskele Kalas standart 320mm ve 640mm taban genişliklerinde, uzunluk sınırı olmaksızın tam otomatik hatlarda üretilebilmektedir. Üretim hattı ve hızı işletmelerin günlük üretim kapasitelerine göre değişmektedir.

Metal Scaffold Plank Sytem have consist of following units: Decoiler , Servo Feeder with Straightener, Eccentric Press ( H & C ), Prograssive Molds, Rollform Units, Stacking Table and Electronic Control Unit.
Steel Scaffolding raw materials are Galvanized, Cold Rolled, Hot Rolled,Stainless Steels and Aluminum. Cold Rolled and Hot Rolled materials are coated either by hot dipped galvanization, electro galvanizationd or electrostatic (powder) paint coating for water resistance.

METAL SCAFFOLD PLANK PRODUCTION, ECCENTRIC PRESS SYSTEM
Our eccentric press machines have unique design with solid body steel construction system which makes possible for you to have more accurate and strong presure with special pin, located on its arm.
The eccentric press machines, we use for our Metal Scaffold Plank Production line, has 4 main parts with steel and stronger body structure;
METAL SCAFFOLD PLANK PRODUCTION WITH PROGRESSİVE STAMP
With our unique design of Progresive Stamp system with Metal Scaffold Plank Production Line, we are able to manufacture without any dimension limit, regarding to desired size.
METAL SCAFFOLDING PLANK PRODUCTION WITH ROLL FORM SYSTEM
To be able to manufacture maximum working speed with minimum coefficient of error, we use Roll Forming for our Metal Scaffolding Plank Production Lines.
The number of Stations and the diameter of Rollers are changing, based on required working dimension.
