These photographs were taken on a Naturetrek trip to the Santa Marta mountains in Colombia in January 2020. Yes, it's taken me 5 years to get round to putting them on here!
They were taken using a Nikon D5600 and Nikkor 200-500 lens. Due to the altitude, mist was a perennial problem, impacting on the quality of some of the photos. I you watch my future videos, you will see my rather second-rate photos have improved (slightly!)

As you have probably already alluded, I am a YouTube novice. And 'likes', subscriptions and comments are warmly welcomed.

I will upgrade soon- I'm looking to get an Insta360 camera (which is excellent for cutting out annoying wind noise) and will move my editing away from iMovies, due to the limitations present. Noticeably on this video is the fact that iMovies does not allow 'fit to frame' images, and therefore you only get half the bird.

I will also explore using my camera to video birds, rather than just photography.
