Caboolture West sits in the northern growth corridor between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast and is a beacon of opportunity for property investors with a massive $9.5 billion expansion underway. These initial projects are led by prominent developers such as Stockland, AVID, and many others. As this northern corridor evolves, it will become one of the fastest-growing urban regions in Australia. Caboolture West's strategic location places it right in the middle of this major growth and expansion. The momentum in the region is already well underway, with several major infrastructure projects in progress. These include a $400 million upgrade to the Caboolture Hospital, a $100 million upgrade to the Bruce Highway, and $2 billion for the Northeast Business Park in Caboolture. Also, the University of the Sunshine Coast's new campus in Petrie has opened its doors, serving 10,000 students with plans to expand to 35,000 in the coming years.
