These fluffy homemade stuffed buns are one of our most favourite Thanksgiving recipes. We used our classic and amazing sweet dough recipe as the base. This yeast dough recipe always guarantees great results, you absolutely can't go wrong with this recipe. These buns make a wonderful versatile dessert option. If you fill each bun with fruity jam, then the jam buns will be more characteristic of the summer season. If you use pumpkin jam, as we show in this video, you instantly get that wonderful fall vibe, so suitable for this "pumpkin season". Ingredients:

Dough:

4/5 cup (200 ml) warm milk
50 g / 0.11 lbs sugar
1 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 whole egg and 1 egg white
2 2/3 cups (400-420 g) all-purpose flour
3 tbsp vegetable oil

Filling:

Pumpkin jam (Use any type of thicker jam)

Glazing:

Mix 1 yolk with 1 tsp of milk

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes. Note that baking time may vary depending on the oven being used.
