Women’s health nurse practitioner Taylor Martino earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Seattle University. Following her undergraduate degree, Taylor first worked as a charge nurse on a medical/surgical orthopedic unit at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle. While in that role, she began pursuing her master’s degree to become a nurse practitioner. She chose to specialize in women’s health to provide a more advanced level of care for a patient population she felt passionate about.

“As an experienced registered nurse, I’ve always been drawn to obstetric and gynecologic patients,” Taylor says. “While my nursing experience has been on a medical/surgical unit, I’ve worked with women with vast medical conditions such as obstetric and postpartum complications, advanced cervical cancer, and atypical signs of cardiac disease. As a nurse practitioner, I can educate and empower my patients.”

Following her master’s degree, Taylor worked as an advanced registered nurse practitioner for Sound Fertility Care in Seattle before joining RMA in 2023, where she was excited to “connect with the highest level of infertility providers in the United States,” she says. “The resources that RMA offers, as well as the level of care and compassion the staff provides to patients, is unparalleled.”

In her role at RMA, Taylor is humbled to partner with prospective parents as they pursue their dream of building a family. “Being a part of the difficult journey that families embark on when moving forward with fertility treatment is truly an honor.”

In her free time, Taylor loves to read, travel, visit friends and family, “and eat good food!”
