On Saturday, I had a very powerful QHHT session, which is Dolores Cannon's method, and I had a very powerful insight about what finding your center means and why that's the motto of Rainbow Connection Center. Welcome. If you're new and welcome back to my channel, my name is Kris and I help people to find their center. In this video, I'm going to share with you powerful insight from my QHHT session and what finding your center actually means.

So I've been having some trouble recently. I've been wondering, who am I? What is my purpose this question? These questions keep plaguing me and I'm like, Who the hell am I? And I struggle to remember. I know mustached. I know him this knowing that. But why am I here? So that's sought me to go get a session for weeks. I was looking at this local person here in Texas, where I just moved and I'm like, Yeah, I'll book it. Yeah, I'll book it. But then I was reading something in Dolores Cannon's book three waves of Volunteers A New Earth, and this one case study said that the woman felt debilitated, not knowing who she was, and it was affecting her life. And when I read that that had a profound impact on me, I got so frustrated that I'm like, You know what? Now is time to book this appointment and find out who I am.

So I went to the person's house. They were legit. I got them off. Dolores Cannon's website practitioners, whatever had the session and it was amazing, but it was not what I expected. So what I learned is that and what finding your center actually means. So it's not a secret that from the time that we're born here into Earth in The Matrix, that we are taught to look outside into the external world for validation from the moment we're born, we depend on our parents for survival.

We are taught in the school system and religion and all this stuff to look outside of us instead of looking within. So that's kind of what led me to the session. I was looking for answers. I was looking for answers externally. But what happened in the session was that it's a hypnosis process. Safety check out Dolores Cannon and you go through a session and the answers came from within me and I was expecting more, I guess woo-woo. But I got really on point relevant information that I can use in my daily life. And those answers didn't come from the practitioner. The practitioner was a guide. They came from within me. I've been struggling for a long time to look within myself.

Speaker1: I'm good at helping others, giving others advice. Blah blah blah. But when it comes to actually tuning into my own self, that is where I struggle. So that's why I came up with Find your center because you're finding your center means you're accessing your inner wisdom and your own innate gifts that is within you, your inner treasure. Everything you're looking for is right here.

Your center of consciousness, in your heart, in your heart or your heart, your seat of consciousness, your connection to source, to God, to all that is is right here within you. I am a guide here on your journey. I am not the hero of your story. You are. You're the hero heroine of your own story. The practitioner was a guide on my journey.

You watching this video is a guide, so finding your center is just giving you tools to remind you to empower you to look deep within yourself. So it's to get you to stop looking out here, and this is something that I am working on as well. That's why I'm sharing as I'm going through it. So the session taught me that it brought the answers from within without it, brought the answers from within me to the external, from internal to external, so that I can make sense of some of this information.

And the Who am I and why am I here? God gave me some clarity and it's still coming. So I'm here to help you find your center, which is your innate wisdom, your innate empowerment, a yellow human. So that's another thing I'll get into to Mayan astrology is I activate to influence bonding wisdom. I am guided by the power of intelligence, that's basically my motto.
