One of the pivotal moments of Fr. Cliffton Mendonca’s life was at a retreat where he understood that God was not a concept but a person. He thought he never had talents, but after the retreat, he realized he could sing, write, act, and so on. He noticed an overall change in him and how he approached life. Later on, after attending a second retreat, he began to get signs that he should join the priesthood. He shares how the Lord gently led him to discern the priesthood and formed him into the priest he is called to be.
