Welcome to another episode of Pokemon Battle Revolution VS. In this episode I put two of my most favorite Pokemon league champions up against each other: The Kanto Elite Four and Johto League Champion Lance, and the Sinnoh League Champion Cynthia. I'll be in playing as Cynthia because despite the two being really strong, and having dragons as their main, only Cynthia has an advantage against an all dragon team.
