About the DJs:

Nick Proof
Nick Proof is a Calgary, Alberta based DJ and producer with a focus on house music, predominantly deep house and tech house. Nick has been fortunate enough to have releases on international labels such as Blanco Y Negro, Daxsen Records, Glitchworld, Roller Blaster, and many others which has helped his music gain over 750k plays. Nick has had experience playing a range of events and festivals including Badlands, Satellite, Hard West and others and has played shows in a range of clubs and venues in and around Calgary. He also hosts regular charity events to support causes he is passionate about and showcase local DJ talent.

Nona
Nona comes from the fact that I love to make pasta, and it’s hilarious as a monicker. “Who’s DJing?”…”Nona”. I started DJing because I wanted to play the music I like through more than just an aux cord in a car. I like progressive house and anything with brass and strings.

Öpus
Öpus has been spinning at some amazing events, including hayloft at the calgary stampede tent, Mountain-view Music Festival. As well is the resident DJ at Untitled Champagne Lounge for musical pairings where he has honed his skills in creating mixes pairings to unique cocktails. His sets are a mix of house, including deep house, progressive and melodic tech, designed for a big room feel with captivating drops.

Sabrology
Mohamed Akl, also known as Sabrology, is a 28-year-old Egyptian DJ and event curator who has ignited stages since his debut in 2022. He quickly rose through the music scene, winning a local DJ competition and securing gigs at top venues like Greta, Nationals, and Sub Rosa. Known for his infectious energy and tasteful musical selection, he has earned the trust of Calgary's biggest organizers and played alongside renowned DJs and producers. Raised in Egypt, Sabrology's sound is influenced by the upbeat and lively streets he experienced daily, helping him develop a universal house music style that spans the entire spectrum of house music. In August 2023, he founded Calgary's first Arabian Music Dance Party, Arabian Nights, which sold out three days in advance and has since doubled in size. Sabrology's visionary approach has created exciting opportunities for artists and united the Arabian community through music and celebration. He isn't just playing music; he's crafting experiences that redefine the rhythm of communities far and wide.
