Tesseract: CD Release Video

It is our pleasure to invite you to Tesseract's CD Release Party at the Rex !!!

Tesseract is:

Edwin Sheard -- Alto Saxophone
Leland Whitty -- Tenor Saxophone
Patrick O'Reilly -- Guitar
Julian Anderson-Bowes -- Bass
Derek Gray - Drums

The members of Tesseract have worked for over a year on their debut CD, "Impossible Images". This eight-song CD features works by each of the band members, showcasing their wide variety of compositional voices.

The CD Release will take place at the Rex Hotel on Wednesday, February 29th at 9:30 PM. There will be an $8 cover charge ($15 with the CD).

The CD Release Party is truly going to be a special night. Join us as we celebrate this exciting milestone and embark on this next phase of our musical journey.

Tesseract is a modern music quintet whose original music has been called "captivating" and "meaningful". At every oppurtunity, the members of Tesseract challenge each other to explore new territory, taking the audience on a thrilling journey through the possibilities of improvised music. Drawing on a wide range of influences, from classic rock to world music, the members of Tesseract strive to tell a story with each composition, expressing their own unique voices while also working together as a seamless unit.
