RECIPES:

Breakfast:
1/2 cup egg whites
30g protein powder
Whisk together
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add coconut oil and enough crepe mixture to coat the bottom of the pan. One it has mostly cooked, flip it to cook the other side and remove from the pan. Repeat until you have used all your mixture.
Serve with: banana, manuka honey, bee pollen and even add some cinnamon!

Lunch:
Mingle Seasoning Chow Mein (recipe below of how I usually make it, in this video I cooked it as per the packet instructions and added in some zucchini which I dont normally do. I prefer the below method much better!)

500g grass fed beef
1/3 head green cabbage
1 red capsicum
2 small carrots
3 spring onion stems
1/4 cup crushed almonds
Mingle chow mein seasoning
100g packet sweet potato noodles


Put the sweet potato noodles in a bowl with boiling water, ensure the noodles are fully covered and then place a lid or a cover over the bowl. Set aside.
In a large pan, saute beef mince until browned.
Remove 1-2 tablespoons of the chow mein seasoning and set aside for the later.
Pour the remainder of the packet into the pan with the beef and stir well until the beef is covered.
Add the cabbage, carrot and capsicum to the pan and stir through well. Cover with a lid so that the cabbage can wilt. Keep stirring and then cover again until the cabbage is wilted and fully cooked.
Drain the sweet potato noodles and add them to the pan with the beef.
Add in spring onions, chopped almonds and the saved chow mein seasoning.
Mix together well.
Serve & enjoy x

Dinner:
Slow cooked honey chicken (recipe in my ebook)
Served with broccoli and turmeric rice
