I finally took the plunge and moved away from 12v. I'm looking at running most of my house off stored energy, not for green reasons but to save and make money. Good enough. So another boring video from myself, please enjoy.. LoL...
I previously had a 12v system to run some external lights, a fridge and a 6000w inverter for emergencies but it's time to upgrade for the long term.
After watching review after review and getting pricing for various brands I settled on Jakiper and I'm impressed at the first look. Hopefully these batteries and the hybrid inverter I bought will keep impressing once they are running..

The inverter I bought off eBay from Maximum solar who is the MPP Solar subsidiary in Taiwan I think.
We all have different ideas about 'renewables' and have no issue with solar, wind and batteries but they are not the holy grail or answer to a made up problem... I personally wouldn't call them renewable as they aren't. But that is a topic on it's own..
I always allow all comments.. just be smart about it. Respect other's points of view. No one is always 100% right.. Enjoy life, you only have one shot at it.
