An interview was conducted with Mr. Lorenzo Garfano, Co-Founder Xilva Global on 21st Feb 2023 by Mr. Anh Viet Pham, Research Scholar Rushford Business School and Ms. Sucharita Banerji, Head Student Engagement.

Mr Garfano is a business leader with 20 years of international experience and he is an all-round blend of commercial, operational and technical skills developed in through his associations with several corporate, consulting and startups. He is passionate about making a positive impact on people and the environment through innovation. He thrives on making things happen from idea to strategy to action. In his words, he has succeeded and failed, but has never given up. He is a Co-founder at Xilva. He previously headed sales, marketing and customer experience at EF Education First, where he drove 2-digit sales growth in Europe and Asia, doubled the NPS across 50 campuses and inspired teams in 5 continents to turn every student’s experience into a wow. Before that, he worked in consulting, in the automotive sector at GM-Fiat and in tech startup.
