In this video i share my typical day in China.Every morning I'll get a cup of Chinese tea Then head to a 45 minutes exercise in my gym, I love to keep the body fit to kick start my day.

A 45 minutes reading books. I love reading and it has become a fair part of my everyday routine, it gives me so much confidence and motivation so that i feel in best mood for work time.

Usually i don't work in the mornings, I usually leave home just in the afternoons, that"s in case i do not have any other appointments. It takes me about 40 minutes drive to go to work but the good part is i have a very flexible schedule.
