I have always loved this sing. I sang it in a choir around 2005 and urgently needed it on June 24, 2019. With no access to a hymn-book that contains it (in fact, I know a few that have it), I went online but couldn't get a free copy. So, I headed to my computer to reconstruct the sheet music.
The melody might slightly vary from the original version of the song, especially towards the ending of the chorus.
The lyrics are as follows:

GO INTO THE FIELD

Verse 1:
Stand no longer idle, heed the call;
Go to work for Jesus, one and all;
Fields are waiting for your hands today,
Take up your sickles and speed away.

Verse 2:
There to shield and help you He will be;
Fruitage of your labours you shall see;
His dear voice shall cheer you through the day,
Singing a carol, O speed away.

Jesus will reward for what you do,
Life’s fair crown of glory give to you,
Perfect rest when ends life’s little day;

Go into the field, gather in the yield,
