Armor: 3 Pieces of Fingerprint set & Winged Serpent Helm
Great Rune: Mohg's Great Run ( 10% total HP and HP regen ).

Level (220): Vigor 48 (I didn't need it but yeah). Mind 20. Endurance 30. Strength 10. Dexterity 13. Intelligence 85. Faith 85. Arcane 8.

Incantations:
( Deranged Fury ) For 10% Melee Damage. 10% Absorption. And reduces stamina cost of attacks by 20%. Lasts for 2 minutes.

( Giantsflame Protection ) For 20% Fire and Physical Damage Absorption And 10% for All Absorption. Lasts for 90 seconds.

( Flaming Armament ) Enchants the right-hand weapon with Flame-affinity Attacks. And For the weapon to look cool. Lasts for 90 seconds.

( Three Finger's Embrace ) For 10% non-spell Fire Damage. 15% For All Absorption. Grants 10 HP recovery per second. Reduces the cost of weapon skills by 70%. However, Lowers total FP by 75% and adds constant madness build up on you. Never expires.

( Mind Melt ) Curse the target to deal continuous fire damage. Lowers the target's absorption to fire by 20%. Lowers the target's attack power by 10%. Reduces the target's ability to block and lowers the target's resistance to madness by 50%. Lasts for 30 seconds.

Wondrous Physick Mix:
( Flame Shrouding Cracked Tear ) For 10% fire attacks.
( Bloodsucking Cracked Tear ) Increases attack power but drains HP.

( Clarifying Horn Charm ) Grants Immunity to madness, but lowers Vigor by 4.
( Warrior Jar Shard ) Boosts the attack power of skills.
( Fire Scorpion Charm ) 12.5% to all Fire Damage.
( Coal of the Forge ) 10% to all Fire Damage.
Additionally. You can choose what suits the fight:
( Two-Handed Sword Talisman ) Enhances attacks with Two-Handed Weapons by 10%.
( Ritual Sword Talisman ) Raises attack power when HP is at maximum.
( Red Feathered Branchsword ) Raises attack power when HP is low (20%).
