"Hello people. T'day I bring ya this MX model I made. Currently he goes over Mario, with color support 'n all.

As ya can see he only has 3 color slots. That's because, due to my laziness, plus I wanna try somethin' with recolorable textures anyway, I decided to make him only have 3 color slots like an NES sprite. My excuse? Well let's just say that he's been transfered to sm64ex-coop and got a 3D form built for him. But since he isn't actually directly possessin' the game, he doesn't get to have all that 64-bit processin' power. So as compensation, he still carries some NES limitations with him, like the fact that his emblem is still kinda pixelated, and of course, the 3 color slots, 'cept he doesn't have t' be stuck with the NES' default colors anymore.
