lemon protein ice cream | Based on Greg Doucette's Protein Ice Cream Recipe

This is my version of Greg Doucette's Protein Ice Cream recipe with some sugar-free Lemon pudding mix.

Ingredients:
non-fat plain greek yogurt
Almond Milk
Sugar substitute packets
Ice
Guar Gum or Xanthum Gum
Vanilla Protein powder
sugar-free Lemon pudding mix

Directions"
Add 1 bowl of ice
1/3 C of non-fat plain greek yogurt
1/2 C of Almond Milk
2 boxes of the 28g Sugar-free Lemon pudding mix
6 Splenda(or any sugar substitute)packets
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein
3/4 Tpsn-1 Tbspn of Guar Gum/Xanthum Gum
to a Ninja Blender. Blend on high for 1.5 minutes. Take off lid and scrape the sides with a knife and then repeat blending on high for 1.5 minute intervals until you get the desired texture.
