लामायुरु (तिब्बती: བླ་མ་གཡུང་དྲུང་དགོན་པ་ / ब्ल་म་गयुङ་द्रुङ་दगोन་प་) भारत में लेह जिले में स्थित एक तिब्बती बौद्ध मठ (गोम्पा) है। यह श्रीनगर-लेह राजमार्ग पर फोटु ला से १५ किमी पूरब में ३५१० मीतर की उँचाई पर स्थित है।
लामायुरू पश्चिमी लद्दाख में ड्रि-गुंगपा क्षेत्र का एक हिस्सा है। लामायुरू की स्थापना 11वीं शताब्दी में महासिद्धाचार्य नरोपा ने की थी। लामायुरू में चांदनी जैसे परिदृश्य के साथ एक गुफा मठ जैसा दृश्य है। लामायुरू में 5 इमारतें हैं, जो आज खंडहर में तब्दील हो चुकी हैं।
