A 40-year-old e-rickshaw driver was killed on Wednesday morning after being hit by a speeding tempo in west Delhi’s Subhash Nagar. Police said the victim, identified as Matibool, a resident of West Bengal, lay bleeding on the road for close to 90 minutes before they reached the spot. No one had come to his aid in the meantime. He was also robbed.

Latest reports indicate that the cops at the scene allegedly argued over which police station should handle the case. Watch the video for more.
