How to Replace Door Lock Cylinders Quick and Easy | Remove and Install Door Locks

I overlooked and simple item on the Dodge D100 project....I locked the doors at the store yesterday, and apparently the ignition key doesn't work on the door locks....time to replace the lock cylinders I guess...
