Thomas Ramos (born 23 July 1995 in Mazamet) is a French rugby union player who plays as a full-back for Stade Toulouse.

He won the France championship in 2019 and 2021 and the European Cup in 2021 with Stade Toulouse. He also won the Six Nations Tournament with the France XV, winning his country's 10th Grand Slam.
