Last year in August I bought my first plant-based protein powder from @cosmixwellness (Real Indonesian Cacao variant) and absolutely loved it! I literally looked forward to breakfast smoothies because SO YUM! I couldn’t believe consuming protein could be this fun too (if you have consumed whey protein isolate you would know 😷🥴).

❓Why I chose this brand
Its hard for me to trust brands making boastful claims but I have been a consumer of @cosmixwellness mixes since the beginning and trust wasn’t even a factor anymore here. I bought their protein soon after the launch.
Lot of people mentioned plant-based protein being very chalky in taste - I agreed but it was not so much honestly. Any day better than trying not to puke with whey protein.
New packs come with 38gm plastic scoop (heap full). Each serving has 24gms Pea & Brown Rice Protein Isolate and rest 14gms are other ingredients like Vegan Plant Protein Powder, Monk Fruit (for sweetness), Digestive Herb Blend, plant ingredient for taste (cacao, beetroot, mango etc)
I never experienced bloating or uncomfortable feeling while having Cosmix Plant protein - I have tried several variants. Plus all of them have Digestive Herb Blend (Ginger, Fennel, Cumin, Fenugreek) for easy digestion.
None of the variants have ‘identical flavours’ but actual ingredients like Matcha literally has Japanese Matcha & Kerala Vanilla Bean powder
Dissolves in a jiffy! No need for shaker.

❓How I consume it? I like to make 2-min nutritious smoothie using ~half serving and mostly consume it as breakfast as suggested by brand (since I am not very active). I don’t have it everyday but like 3-4 times a week.

❓DOES IT INCREASE WEIGHT? no, protein powders don’t increase weight unless you are consuming it in an unhealthy way - whipped cream, lots of sugar and all that 😁

❓Can you consume it? Yes if you feel your diet isn’t fulfilling daily protein requirement -roughly 0.8gm per body weight - even more for active lifestyle. If you are still confused then consulting a nutritionist would really help deciding the dose. If breastfeeding or pregnant, consulting your gynaecologist is recommended
