🥜Ingredients…
300g Peanuts 🥜
1 cup Besan (Gram Flour)
1/2 cup Rice Flour
Salt to taste
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
1 tsp Amchur Powder
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Powder
Oil for frying

🥜Special Masala for Dusting
Black Salt (Sanchal Powder)
Red Chili Powder
Chaat Masala

🥜 Instructions:
Wash the peanuts with water and drain them. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the besan, rice flour, turmeric, red chili powder, chaat masala, garam masala, black pepper powder, carom seeds, amchur powder, ginger-garlic powder, and salt.
Mix well to create a uniform dry
Take the washed peanuts and coat them in the dry besan mixture. Ensure that each peanut is well coated with the mixture.

Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai.
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated peanuts in batches and fry them on medium heat until they turn golden and crispy.
Remove the fried peanuts with a slotted spoon and drain them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

After frying, sprinkle the peanuts with black salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala while they are still warm. Toss them gently to ensure even coating.
Your crispy and flavorful Sing Bhujia is ready to be enjoyed!
