This is how you do it;

Step 1: Open your project in Canva. Navigate to the sidebar and click on 'Elements.'

Step 2: In the search bar within the 'Elements' tab, type 'borders' and hit enter.

Step 3: Browse through the available categories such as Graphics, Photos, Frames, and Video Borders to find the border style you want to use.

Step 4: Once you've found the border you like, click on it to add it to your project canvas.

Step 5: Use the handles that appear on the border to resize it to fit your design. You can also drag it to reposition it on your project.

Step 6: If the border overflows onto your image and you need to adjust or crop it:

Click on the image to select it.
Select 'Edit image' from the menu that appears.

Choose 'Crop' from the options available.

Adjust the crop by dragging the corners or sides of the cropping box to your desired size and position.

Click 'Done' to save and apply your changes.
