Former Victorian Liberal Party president Michael Kroger has predicted US President Joe Biden won’t be the Democratic nominee in this year’s presidential election.

“Joe Biden is not running for the presidency – he doesn’t know it at the minute; his wife doesn’t know it,” he told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.

“But he will not be the Democratic Party candidate for the presidency – you can say that right now.

“This guy cannot run again. He will not run again.

“He’s withdrawing at or before the Democratic Convention ... and Kamala Harris will be the Democratic nominee.”
