Ingredients

1/2 kg mutton curry cut
For marination
1/2 cup sliced onion
8 cloves garlic
1/2 TSP green chilly paste
1/2 TSP garam masala
2 tbsp dahi
1 TSP turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 TSP red chilly powder

For cooking
25 ml mustard oil
1 stick Cinnamon
2-3 big cardamom
4-5 green cardamom
3 Bayleaf
7 cloves
1 red chilly dry
4 onions sliced
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 TSP green chilly paste
1/2 TSP turmeric powder
1/2 TSP Red chilly powder
1/2 TSP corinader powder
1/2 cup Yoghurt
Salt to taste
2 green chillies
