What is going on here?

I have a large collection of retro PC hardware and games. I've decided to play each of the games for at least 1 hour to see how they are.

Theme Hospital. I'd never get bored of this game. I've been playing that for many years and I never managed to beat the game, I always get stuck at the epidemic level. I think the sound is slightly distorted, I tried to fix and adjust it as much as I can but msdos doesn't give many tools to fine tune. I will play this game for a while I think, I'm planning to have an episode per level.

After recording this video I changed the CPU to an AMD K5 166Mhz, I noticed the game was a little struggling. Hopefully next episode will be a little smoother.

Capture:
VGA output goes into a VGA Splitter. One cable connects to my monitor, and the other goes into the Gefen VGA to DVI Scaler. From there, a DVI to HDMI converter takes the signal into the Elgato GameCapture 4K60. As for sound, it's a bit simpler: a 3.5mm splitter; one side connects to my headphones, and the other goes to my capture PC'sFocusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen. Everything comes together in OBS.

Theme Hospital
9.5/10 - Amazing!

What a great game. The humour is unique. They recently tried to replicate that with Two Point Hospital but it didn't feel even close enough. The game is great, funny and interesting. Each level adds something new and keeps the interest. There are just a few little things can make the game a little difficult to understand and manage but overall it's amazing.
