The world will say “wear less—to show more skin, be sexy, be free”. ).
Yet —I had people from church in my DMs, guilt-tripping me over a swimsuit. A swimsuit, for kayaking.
An activity where that’s… normal.

Here’s what I want to say about that:

Never betray your core values.
They’re what carry your content. Not trends. Not catchy hooks.
Your values are what people follow. And if you’re like me—bringing people to Jesus in the process—that is going to be the most fulfilling and sustainable thing you could ever do online.

This digital world is confusing. One minute you’re told to “live your truth,” the next, you’re shamed for doing just that.
So here’s my advice:
Yes—run from temptation.
Yes—don’t cause others to stumble.
But also—listen to the Holy Spirit.
If you’re not feeling conviction, if something feels like a gray area, go to scripture.
And then? Live your life.
Not in the “do whatever you want” way the world preaches—but in the way that honors the Lord.

The Bible says, “Everything is permissible, but not everything is beneficial.” (1 Corinthians 10:23)
So if you’re not being paid to wear something for a brand, and you’re not trying to stir up attention—then sure, be mindful. But also… stop letting people police your body based on their broken lens.

I’ve gotten comments from men and women alike who see a picture and assume I’m trying to be seductive—when all I see is a God-designed body doing something joyful.
If you look at someone and immediately sexualize them, that’s not holiness. That’s a worldly lens.

When men say things like, “I don’t think Jesus would even look at you in that,”…Jesus doesn’t lust.
We do.

So here’s the truth: Our bodies are Designed by God.
And they’re not for your consumption.

If someone is walking in humility, honoring God, and seeking Him first—then what they wear is between them and God. If you post for vanity… its usually pretty evident.
Check your heart before you post or check someone else’s outfit.
