Run It Up is a single by Yelhomie, an unapologetic rapper from Imphal, Manipur, produced by SKar under Naava Records and 59th Street Records. Enthusiastic form of expression claiming his position in the rap game with a hint of narration of how his environment is under the influence of many things that disintegrate the youth but has no way out. The song highlights how the system has programmed the minds of the youth wherein he addresses the youth should instead listen to somebody like them, him. Overall, the track emphasises on how we should get hold of what we planned for, with no element distracting the focus, for instance, the pinnacle of the rap game which Yelhomie intends to get the grip of. Self-proclaimed as the voice of the people, he raps about how he takes his roots, all the tribes of the east with every verse he lays. Coming from Manipur where the political structure is soiled with power that claimed deaths of many innocents especially during this on-going war in Manipur, he expresses how even the youth has lost faith and trust with the government with a line that says "Youngin' Naavas only vote with the bird". The unapologetic verses in the track assert the growth, the development that we will witness with Yelhomie in every release, every step.
