No Drill License Plate for a Mercedes Benz C300
Cut 2 or 3 tabs away with razor blade (Enough room so it does not touch the bumper)
Measure where tie straps will go (Put plate on and look where they will go and mark)
Drill hole for tie straps ((2) 1/8 holes will do)
Slide tie straps through the hole from the outside and leave about 6" excess
Make sure to leave the track part up so the smooth part with be on the car surface.
Use heat gun to bend at 90 degree's
Drill hole in tie strap and mounting bracket lower slide. (Make sure you are far enough away from plate screws
or you will not be able to install a nut in the screw)
Cut off excess and save end piece
Do both sides.
Tighten screws and nuts on both sides
Put bracket on sliding the tie straps through the grooves in the front grill.
Push bottom clips through one grill hole. (it is tough, you have to squeeze and push in)
Cut the end of the tie strap that was left over flush with clip side
Using pliers put end of tie strap on.
Use pliers to hold the end of the tie strap and using a screw driver to push down on the tightening end piece
Push down and pull up to tighten the strap but not to much. You want it snug
Put on license plate screws, Short ones on top and long ones on bottom, so it does not hit the bumper

If you need to take off bracket, just undo the screw that holds the tie straps
or just cut them and put 2 new one back on and squeeze the bottom to clips and put out
