From the road to Durham 🚗 to stepping on the mats at Bull City BJJ, this experience was pure energy from start to finish.
I had the chance to teach three sessions, share my favorite takedown systems and transitions, and trade ideas with a room full of motivated, technical, and hard-working jiu-jitsu players. 🥋

The Bull City crew was incredible — great attitudes, sharp technique, and serious drive. 🙌
Every session built momentum:

👊 Session 1: Core Judo concepts for BJJ players — balance, posture, and grip dominance.

⚡ Session 2: Takedown transitions and combination entries.

🔥 Session 3: Chain attacks and high-percentage finishes.
