Have countries upheld their commitments to disarmament, arms control and non-proliferation, and developed guardrails to prevent the weaponization of digital tools? Are international institutions and diplomacy effectively used to address the most pressing global challenges?

These future scenarios allow us to think about what actions can be taken today to achieve a more peaceful and secure world. Preventing conflict and working towards sustainable peace requires multistakeholder collaboration, a commitment to disarmament, and innovative solutions to mitigate the risks of emerging technologies and capitalize on their benefits.
