In our third experiment, we tried to eat wild plants for the first time. We went foraging in Zurich and found nettles, wild garlic, daisies, lemon balm, horsefoot and primroses. To celebrate our findings, we invited some friends for a foraged dinner. What are some wild plants you like to eat? And do you have tips for foraging the right way? IMPORTANT: When foraging wild plants, make sure you are picking edible ones, okay? Especially in spring, a lot of poisonous flowers are blooming. Also, wash everything thoroughly!
