المكونات:
3 فصوص ثوم
1 فلفل أخضر مفروم
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
3 ملعقة كبيرة عصير ليمون
1/2 كوب ماء
2 ملعقة كبيرة طحينية
بقدونس مفروم للتزيين
بصل مفروم للتزيين
الطريقة:
نهرس الثوم والفلفل الأخضر مع الملح ثم نضيف عصير الليمون ونترك ملعقة صغيرة من الخلطة على جنب.
تفتح علبة الفول وتصفى من السائل الموجود بها ونشطفها بالماء.
في الخلاط، نضع الفول والطحينية والخلطة والماء ونخلط جيدًا.
يُسكب الفول في طبق التقديم ويُزين بالخلطة المتبقية والبصل المفروم والبقدونس المفروم.

3 cloves of garlic
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons tahini
Chopped parsley for garnish
Chopped onion for garnish
Instructions:
Mash the garlic and green pepper with salt, then add lemon juice and set aside a teaspoon of the mixture.
Open the can of fava beans, drain, and rinse with water.
In a blender, combine the fava beans, tahini, the prepared mixture, and water, then blend well.
Pour the fava beans into a serving dish and garnish with the remaining mixture, chopped onion, and chopped parsley.
