The Julian “JuJu” Lewis era might officially begin in Boulder this weekend.

According to multiple reports, Coach Prime and the Colorado Buffaloes are expected to start freshman quarterback Julian Lewis against West Virginia after benching Kaidon Salter.

Lewis, a former five-star recruit and future NFL prospect, flashed big-time potential last week before leaving the game with a left-hand injury. Coach Prime said, “We’ll see how he feels later this week,” but Buff Nation can feel it — change is coming.
