Important points to note :
1) please make sure that you take two pictures of yours before starting the program. One picture from side view and one picture from front view in normal posture and share it with me over my email or WhatsApp number and we are going to track your progress for each month and we will also reward, all the individuals are going to transform according to the standard that we have set for the program
