Описание к видео Blood Banking: Fetomaternal Hemorrhage Screen (Rosette test)

This video describes the purpose, procedure, and result interpretation of the qualitative FMH or Rosette Test. Any positive result should be followed by a quantitative test such as the Kleihauer-Betke (KB) test. Positive FMH test results mean more than 30mL of RH-D positive fetal whole blood are in the mother's circulation and requires more than one dose of RhIg. Dose can be calculated using KB test results.
