I've used the B-Bars in my last several videos and received lots of comments asking if I can review them, so here you go, this is my official B-Bars review (you knew it was coming! ;) ). These are the new adjustable parallel bars from BaseBlocks that can help you take your calisthenics game to the next level.

I don't want to spoil the video for you, but I will say that I am VERY proud to be affiliated with BaseBlocks. I love all their equipment, but they've really outdone themselves with the B-Bars. These are high-quality, versatile and easy-to-use parallel bars that are both height and width adjustable, allowing you to do a huge variety of calisthenics exercises (the variety goes beyond standard parallel bar exercises because you can raise them high for hanging exercises).

*** IMPORTANT NOTE: For anyone who bought the BaseBar previously, please don't feel like you should have waited for the B-Bars to come out. BaseBlocks is releasing an expansion pack soon so you can turn your BaseBar into B-Bars. That will be out in a couple months so keep checking their site!

*** ANOTHER NOTE: BaseBlocks made an FAQ video about how to adjust the height of the bars and other useful tips. Check it out if you're interested!    • SETUP / The B-Bars

In the video I explain how the B-Bars assemble, their dimensions, how they compare to the BaseBar, plus all the pros and cons to the bars (yes, I did manage to scrounge up a few complaints so I was unbiased ;) ). But overall, I really love this equipment. I think you'll see it a lot in my calisthenics videos going forward. The only equipment I'd say is more versatile than the B-Bars is gymnastics rings.

As always, thank you for watching! I appreciate each and every one of you and want nothing more than to help take your health and fitness to new heights. So make sure you hit subscribe and tune in for each video. I'll keep uploading as long as I'm alive and YouTube is still a thing.
